I. Warranty Policy

1. Warranty Period:

  • Eishiro roof tile products are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty of 5 years from the date of delivery.

2. Warranty Conditions:

  • The product is still within the warranty period.
  • Valid warranty card or purchase invoice is presented.
  • The product defect must be due to a manufacturer’s technical error such as: peeling, cracking, fading due to manufacturing defects…

3. Cases Not Covered by Warranty:

  • Expired warranty period.
  • Failure to present a valid warranty card or invoice.
  • Product damage caused by external forces, natural disasters, fire, improper installation, misuse, unauthorized repair by individuals or units not authorized by Hoang Lam Trading Corp.
  • Natural wear and tear during use.

4. Warranty Service:

  • Depending on the extent of the damage, Hoang Lam Trading Corp will repair or replace the product with a new one of the same type.
  • In case repair or replacement is not possible, Hoang Lam Trading Corp will negotiate with the customer for a satisfactory solution.

II. Return Policy

1. Return Conditions:

  • Within 7 days from the date of receipt of goods.
  • The product is still intact with labels, packaging, and has not been used.
  • Valid warranty card or purchase invoice is presented.

2. Cases Eligible for Return:

  • The product has a technical defect from the manufacturer.
  • Wrong product delivery, wrong model, wrong color compared to the order.

3. Cases Not Eligible for Return:

  • The return period has expired.
  • The product has been used, damaged due to external influences.
  • Does not meet the above return conditions.

4. Return Costs:

  • In case the product defect belongs to the manufacturer or due to Hoang Lam Trading Corp’s wrong delivery, we will bear all the return shipping costs.
  • In case the customer wants to return the product for personal reasons, the customer will bear the shipping costs.
